Physical activity has been shown in studies to improve our mood. In one study, participants were asked to rate their moods immediately after periods of physical activity (such as going for a walk or doing housework) and periods of inactivity (e.g. reading a book or watching television).

How do physical workouts help you mentally? What are your ideas?
