Only you can answer whether or not you feel safe revealing your orientation. Your parents may surprise you and be quite accepting (though they may not understand the asexual part). People, in general, are becoming more accepting of alternate sexualities.
For instance, my oldest daughter is out as a lesbian and attends Catholic school here in Canada. Surprisingly to us, they were not only okay with it (she flat out just expressed her sexuality during a discussion about sexuality), they let us know about it during a meeting to show how her confidence was increasing and was proud of how she handled herself (this is my autistic daughter).
However, if you feel you will not be safe if you tell them about this, you must do what is best for you. None of us can answer that question for you. You also need to weigh whether or not you can live in the closet that long. Hiding who you are is very difficult and involves watching what you say and do all the time.
