First, he/she needs to find the girls/women who are also interested. Join an LGBTQ group at school or in his/her community, and if he/she is old enough for one of those apps, you can set his/her preference to women. I love being bisexual myself. He/ She does have a choice, and he/she can choose women! Cause women are great.
