Exercise is something I despise. Walking seems to be the only thing I can do without complaint. At night, I can get up to three miles of walking in a day. I tacked on four more yesterday (at different times). If it's over 90 degrees outside, this is not a good idea.
What are some of the things you do to stay healthy?

sex is beneficial to both one's mental and physical wellbeing, as is riding a bike.

nothing that requires a lot of effort or time

But I go for a jog! Yesterday, three times - albeit my head hurts today because of it. This morning, I only walked a quarter of a mile.

regular almost daily stretches, aerobic/weights exercises, cycling, walking upstairs, avoiding a sedate life, being lucky enough to not have to own a car, avoid alcohol and smoking and drugs, get some sleep. I still like cake and chocolate and have a bit of a spare tyre
