Emotional health:

  1. Don't waste food. Feed dogs or cats. Let nature use it.​
  2. Let go of ego, envy, pride, guilt, and anger. Peace is valuable. We remain healthy when we don't hold any negativity.​
  3. Socialize with friends, help the needy, call your old friend, take care of parents, be elegant, think positive, spend time with senior citizens, play with kids, and give more love but don't expect anything in return.​
  4. Do not get attached to anyone. Nobody is permanent in our life. Keep your standards high and accept the reality.​
  5. Learn to deal with situations by being classy. Do not argue with fools. Walk away by uttering a single strong statement.​
  6. Ignore the people who made you restless and lose energy to a large extent. Sometimes, it is good to give up on a few people in our life.​
  7. Do not get involved in physical intercourse daily. Weekly twice is fine to maintain the spark in the relationship. You can give rest to revive your system meanwhile. And emotionally, it can boost your self-esteem esteem. Too much of anything is boring.​
  8. Do not do things for the people at the cost of your time and energy when you don't want to. Just say “No.”​
  9. Strive for happiness even in bad times.​
  10. Keep your emotions in control. When you control your emotions, you control your thoughts. When you control your thoughts, you control your actions.​
  11. Cry when you want to. This will make you stronger than before. Vent out negativity in you. But, do not be dramatic.​
  12. Be positive. Be negative for doing positive things successfully.​

  1. Hydrate - Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water per day. Add some fresh lemon and a pinch of salt to optimize your hydration and electrolyte balance.​
  2. Eat foods closest to their natural source - Avoid processed carbs, and low-quality processed meats.​
  3. Decrease Disease Risk - Consume at least one serving of vegetables per day including broccoli sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, or kale.​
  4. Commit to a structured eating window - Consume meals in 8 to 12 hours and fast for a 12–16-hour window each day.​
  5. Stay consistent with sleep - Go to sleep and wake up at about the same time each day.​
  6. Get Strong - Perform 3 resistance training sessions per week.​
  7. Strengthen your heart, and lungs and build endurance with 3 cardiovascular exercise sessions of 20 to 30 mins each session.​
  8. Consider the power of using heat and cold to use positive stressors to lower your blood pressure, reduce inflammation, reduce the risk of Alzheimer's, and cut out the risk of cardiovascular disease by up to 50%.​
