I came out to my wife as transgender and she is not happy at all about it she said if I have any surgeries she will leave me what do i do? She is ok with hormone therapy but that is it.

You are in a critical situation. You should see a lawyer now. If she’s credibly making that kind of threat, chances are she’ll eventually try to go through with it over something anyway, whether this or something else, and you want to be prepared.
