The fact that you might benefit from someone else's actions does not create a moral obligation for them.
Why are so many human choices dumped into a moral context? Whatever happened to respect individual will instead of judging others against an arbitrary standard so some can feel righteous about condemning them?
Gay celebrities have no obligation to put themselves in the speculative chance that it will more rapidly 'normalize' their sexual preferences. Do you think others' actions will positively influence bigots and homophobes?
And if some are homophobic, why not respect their reservations? Some cultures and individuals readily embrace progress and change - others take time.
