Do guys really think they can "change" a lesbian?
Yes, some guys do.

It's amazing to me how some men think so little of lesbians that they think that somehow putting their hairy genitals in our face or in our body and moving in and out, will somehow change a lifetime of emotional, sexual, physical, and mental attraction to women and all that they are to us.

The lips, the soft skin, the long hair, the soft voice, the beautiful breasts, the inviting places that are begging to be explored, the curves, the sweet smell of their skin, the nectar between their legs.

Nah, apparently, we just want smelly, pissed up Dave from down the Butchers Arms pub and all his singing, all dancing, wee willy winkie. We just don't know it yet (apparently).

As a former sex worker, I have had more penises near and in my body than most women could dream of in a lifetime. I am still 100% gay. I have had the “one night with me and you'll like cock” bravado bullshit every single time I went in that room and not a single one of them succeeded.

“A good fucking” is not all I need, Mr. Wannabe Lesbian Converter. You can't handle having sex for six hours with ten or more orgasms during that period of time, so don't tell me you are better in bed than the woman that has me swinging from the rafters.

After a quick jackhammer, you sweat profusely, spew the content of your lower extremities into or over my body and have the audacity to ask “did you come?” after 45 seconds of what you had told me would be life-altering sexuality-changing sex.

I lie there waiting for this firework moment that I was promised, but you are already starting to snore whilst whispering something in between drool baths about making you a sandwich.

You can no more make me turn straight than a gay man fucking you in the ass can make you homosexual.

Yes, I think some of them do. I know of several who have the opinion that lesbians haven’t met or had sex with the right guy, haven’t had good sex, haven’t whatever…
Lesbians aren’t concerned with whether or not they’ve had ‘good’ sex with a man. Lesbians are not interested in sleeping with men at all. We do not care how good at sex a man is, we do not want to have sex with them. Their parts are not arousing to us regardless of how accomplished they may feel they are.

In my personal experience, only a few have actually forced the shitty opinion mentioned above, onto me. I know many others haven’t been so fortunate.

Some guys really do believe they can change a lesbian into a straight woman through the magic of their miracle penis. The other answers to this question show that this is a depressingly common misconception. In addition to affirming these stories, I would like to add a scenario in which it’s not truly the fault of men that they have this belief.

In my younger days, I used to go to nightclubs, raves, and parties and it was quite common to see young women engage in lesbian play-acting for the benefit of the men around them. For example, I once saw two very beautiful, and fashionably dressed women passionately entwining their tongues at the bar of a Sydney nightclub. They were all over each other for about two hours. The funny part of it was that every few minutes they would look over their shoulders and try to make eye contact with one of the attractive guys nearby and make come-hither faces at them, while simultaneously groping each other.

At one point a guy came over with some drugs (ecstasy perhaps?) and they each took a tab and then all three started mashing faces together. Smooth move hombre. I wonder if that guy went home with those ladies, and if so, might he have been dumb enough to think he’d convinced two lesbians to join the sausage appreciation society? This act is essentially a live version of girl-on-girl porn and there are probably straight guys who watch it and truly believe that they are watching actual lesbians.

In this case, I think the guys are pretty dumb and/or inexperienced if they buy the act but I can’t really blame them for believing that they converted a lesbian since that is what the women are explicitly trying to signal.
