No, the reason is empathy. Men have a cock, so they know what feels good to them and are better able to project that onto their lovers. While every man is different, other men still have a stronger base to start with.

The same applies to women. I'm generally straight, but I can attest that the few times a woman went down on me definitely felt WAY better than the first time any man went down on me.

Of course, communication helps, and over time any partner can improve based on feedback, but in terms of being good at it their first time, same-sex couplings seem to have that advantage.
