So, those of you who were here when I first joined undoubtedly saw this coming and even commented on it. Of course, I rejected it at the time because "that's impossible, I'm straight!" But, after reevaluating many of my basic conservative views, as well as several "incidents" that I couldn't ignore, I've finally come to terms with the fact that I am homosexual.
Aside from my homophobic postings and ideas on this site, the second thing I'm most embarrassed of is how long it took me to recognize my sexuality once I stopped thinking about my childhood and adolescence. My next step, now that I'm at peace with myself, is to someday come out to people close to me.
